Issue with invoices

Hello,

I am trying to download the invoices of my account since we started on January 2011 and there seems to be some bugs :
The latest invoice in PDF is on sept, the 14th instead of october the 14th on the list but the statement says : Purchased licenses till November 13, 2012
The number of this invoice is 865 but the receipt I received by email acknowledging my Visa payment is mentioning the Invoice Number: 885

When I try to download all the invoices one by one, there seems to be many errors like this with wrong invoice numbers or dates...

My accounting team needs these invoices quickly, can you tell me when this should be solved ?
