Hi there,
I am testing this tool for our organisation.
Where/How do I customise the rating scale?
I want to set a scale from -5 to 5 ( -5, -3, -1, 1,3,5)
Is this possible?

Thanks & regards,
Uma

    Hi Uma,

You can customize the rating to any 5-point scale i.e in your case, you could keep 5, 3, 0, 3, 5.

You can change the scale from the Configurations section of the Administrative Panel.

Please let me know if you have futher queries in this regard.

    Thanks,

Thank you for your quick response, Support Team. I appreciate it!

I was able to make the changes to the rating scale as suggested below:

    -2 - Poor

    0 - Average

    1 - Good

    3 - Excellent

    5 - Extraordinary

I guess this will apply to all the templates.

Is there any way we could assign different rating scale for different templates.

For eg. One department uses -x to y rating whereas the other uses 0 to z

    Please advise.

    Best regards,

    Uma

    Uma,

Unfortunately, at the moment, the rating scale applies to all template.

However, you may set the rating scale to something general, such as a b c d e and then use the instructions field (while creating a review) to describe what each of them stands for. So you can create separate review session for each department, each with it's own rating scale described in the instructions field.

Let me know if you would like to go over this sometime.

    Regards,
