Good morning,

I am currently using a trial account with a view to becoming a customer. However, I am having trouble with single sign on. I have signed on using google apps but it's not showing in my Google account and hasn't integrated all of my colleagues into the system.

Could you help please?

Thanks,
Rachel

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks for reaching out to support.

Our current Google Apps integration allows you to sign in using only your Gmail ID (from the WFG login page) instead of having to type both the ID and the password.

It will also not import your contacts into the system as the WorkforceGrowth profiles are based on more information than just email ID's. However, our Bulk Upload tool will allow you to invite multiple employees to system and add their profiles in one go.

Please do let us know if you would like to go over this on phone.

    Regards,
    WFG Support.

Ok - understood. I still can't access through my google apps account though
    - I was expecting it to appear under 'more' but it's not there.

To log in, you will have to visit the WFG login page and click on Google Apps where providing your email alone will sign you in (provided you are signed in to your Gmail Account).

    Hope this helps.
