Hi-

What is the best way to have the executives review employee reviews? I am only admin so I can't see/test the best way to explain how to review any employee they want to review their review.

    Hi Hilary,

    Thanks for reaching out.

To allow someone to see employee reports, you need to assign to them "executive" rights. To do so, edit their profile from All Employees and set their Admin Rights to be "Executive"

They can then see employees reviews by either visting and employee's public profile, or by finding the entire list in the Team Review section of their Personal Panel.

Let me know if this doesn't helps.

    Thanks,

We also want to inform you that the feature requested by you, allowing multiple managers to supervise employee reviews, is near completion. When it is enabled, having reviewed some one as a manager will automatically provide you access to all their review data, even if you don't have executive rights.

We'll let you know shortly when it is up and running.

    Thanks
