Reset Password

The reset password function is not working. Please advise on how to get this issue resolved.

Your support site indicates that once the "Reset Password" is selected an email is sent to the employee with a new password. No e-mail was received.

    Hi Mary Ann,

    Thank you for contacting WFG support.

    Are you sure that the email being entered to reset password is the same as
    the one associated with your employee profile on the system? Your system
    administrator can help you verify this.

    Also, do you see the message "Your new password has been sent to your
    email" when you hit *reset*?

    If you still can't get it to work. Please ask your administrator to reset
    your password for you, from the administrative panel. You will receive it
    in the email associated with your profile.

    Please feel free to revert if you still need assistance.
