Updates on Dashboard & Emails

I noticed that the updates section isn't dynamic. If a review is assigned and then deleted due to prior error, a statement similar to "new review has been assigned" stays on the dashboard even though it is inapplicable. Would be great if that was dynamic.

Also, it would be great if there could be levels of email notifications (minimal vs. maximum), and/or a daily digest. The system seems to throw out too many emails.

Other than that, can't wait to put your tool into use!

    Dear Sameer

Thanks for taking the time to give your suggestions.

The updates section indeed ought to be dynamic. We are working on making it more interactive and dynamic at the same time. Please be patient untill our next few releases which should have this funtionality.

The email notifications are already kept to a minimum and are the only way to inform an employee about something relevant to them. Maybe you feel that way because you're doing to many things at the same time (during testing) and in practical scenarios, things don't happen at that pace?

However, you can completely turn these notifications off (atleast for your testing period) from the configurations panel. There is one at the bottom that says: Send system generated emails.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Regards,
    WFG Support
