Feedback after first use of tool

I received the following feedback from a Manager. I'll give more feedback as I get them.

• I am not overly pleased with the usability of the tool. In my opinion, it is not all that intuitive. For example:
o It isn’t clear that under My Reviews the View Details leads to all published reviews while clicking on my name under Self leads to my input for myself
o Also, why is a summary not shown as part of the dashboard or is it not possible to get to this from the dashboard? Would be nice if the pie charts on Home were interactive, where you can drill down to complete/pending items.
o Under the Assigned Reviews, it is unclear what to click on to see the details. I suggest the status of each name is underlined to indicate this is the link.

We would like to set up a training session with the manager who provided this feedback and anyone else who has questions about usage, to try and help them better understand.

Let us know if that would be necessary.

A training session isn't necessary/preferred. Please just consider the feedback in the next release. E.g. having links underlined seems like a no-brainer type update. Making dashboards interactive may be more challenging, but would be a nice feature.

Previously I mentioned improving the notifications as well on the dashboard as it is not dynamically updated (e.g. if you delete a review).

Thanks for planning on improving the consolidation views for manager. A single screen for the manager to see all feedback (like admins can see after publishing reviews) would be a HUGE improvement.

    Hello Sameer,

We wanted to let you know that reviewee names are now directly click-able. Mouse over would underline it and clicking it with take you to the review form.

    Hope this helps.
